Justin Olivier

Justin Olivier is a Florida Native and joined the AMI team in March 2017. Initially working as a Superintendent in the Orlando area, he oversaw projects such as Aventura Hotel at Universal Studios, Dolphin hotel at Disney and Citi Tower Apartments in the heart of downtown. Based on his success with those projects, he was sked to temporarily relocated to the Pensacola area to oversee the construction of the Navy Federal Credit Union Phase 2 Campus expansion, a $3.7 million project.

Justin has since returned the the Orlando area and based on his hard work and dedication to the success of the organization, was promoted to Project Manager where he works closely with tteam members both in the field and in office.

Prior to joining the AMI team, Justin worked in hospitality. His charismatic personality, positive attitude and relationship building skills are what led him to the opportunity to join the AMI team. Justin currently resides just outside of the Orlando area where he spends his free time cooking, trying out local breweries and spending with his fiancé and son, Maddox, who made his debut in January 2022.

What’s the most useless talent you have?

Definitely my air guitar skills.

Would you rather spend the rest of your life with a sailboat as your home or an RV as your home?

Sailboat. I love to scuba dive and would like to go on more shipwreck excursions.

Would you rather have unlimited international first-class tickets or never have to pay for food at restaurants?

Never pay for food in restaurants. I have a passion for cooking but would like to treat myself to dinner at Nobu more often.
